The admin that eats your evenings, taken care of. I start with the one thing that costs you the most time and keep only what genuinely saves hours.
Everything runs in your own accounts. You get a written handover, so it keeps working without me.
Prices, availability, how it works. Typing it out again and again costs you hours every week that earn nothing.
Quotes left lying around, invoices that go out late, intake forms that never arrive complete. That's where you lose revenue, not just time.
Whoever answers first usually gets the job. If you only get to your inbox in the evening, that is often too late.
Together we pick one or two things to start with. Only when those work do we expand.
01
I go through a week of your work and note where the time goes. The gain is often somewhere other than expected.
02
I set up one or two things, in your own accounts, and first let them run alongside your usual way of working.
03
If it works, I write it up and teach you how to change it. If it does not, I switch it off again.
No. It takes away the repetitive work nobody enjoys. Your front desk or you yourself keep making the decisions; you just have to type less.
Everything runs in your accounts and you get the documentation. You can leave it, change it yourself or switch it off, without me.
That depends on what you gain from it. So I start with one thing and we measure whether it really saves hours before going further. Building and connecting is €120 per hour, advice from €135 per hour, both excluding VAT. For a defined project you get a fixed price upfront.
Only if you want them to. In most set-ups the system prepares the answer and you send it, or it only sends confirmations you wrote yourself.
Tell me what your week looks like and where you lose time most often. I usually see within half an hour whether there is something to gain, and I will say honestly if there is not.
