2. Products
These terms apply to the digital products by Miguel Cruz that are sold through Whop, such as e-books, prompts, checklists and worksheets. You receive them as a download and not on a tangible medium.
3. Price and payment
The price is the amount stated on the product page, payable once. Payment is handled through Whop.
4. Delivery
You get access to the files through your Whop account immediately after your payment.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
On a distance purchase you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right lapses as soon as delivery has begun with your express prior consent and after you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
By accepting these terms at checkout: (a) you expressly request that delivery begin immediately after your payment, and (b) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. A purchase can therefore not be cancelled or refunded after payment.
6. If something is wrong with your file
Cannot open a file, or is it incomplete? Let me know through the contact form and I will get you a working copy as soon as possible. Your statutory rights in the event of defective delivery always continue to apply.
7. Use
You may use the products for yourself and within your own business. You may not resell, share or publish them, in whole or in part.
8. Liability
The examples, prompts and worksheets are tools. You remain responsible for what you do with them and what you send out. No particular result is promised. This does not limit any liability that may not be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
